Responsibilitiesl
-Test hard disk drive heads, be responsible for setting up, monitoring and controlling tester.
-Analyze data, find root cause, and solve problems; lead and instruct technicians.
-Provide spec and documentation for testing operators, collaborate with world wide team on yield improvements.
-New product launch: support SJ/ODW smooth development and ramp up new product before DMT.
-First level characterization: support SJ/ODW/HDD to improve yield and reduce scrap.Qualifications:
-Master or Ph.D in electronic engineering, materials science, physics, or related field. Knowledge in magnetic thin film physics and measurements.
-Great data analysis skills.
-Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
