Job Description
1.Provide high quality service to clients, maintain and develop clients;
2.Answer clients inquiry on products, coordinate order, and inventory;
3.Do reconciliation with clients, issue invoice, and follow up account receivable;
4.Work closely with logistics department, keep informed with purchasing and inventory to ensure the PO from clients;Requirements:
1.University degree, under 28;
2.Good communication skill , articulate, standard English, Mandarin accent, Shanghai dialect a plus;
3.Hands
-on with Microsoft office, especially EXCEL, Kingdee supply chain module ability a plus;
4.Active, can work under pressure, self
-motivated and a good team player;
5.Former sales support experience a strong plus.职位描述：
1、为客户提供高质量的产品和服务，维护现有客户及发展新客户;
2、解答客户对产品的咨询，接受订单，查询库存;
3、定期与客户对账，开具发票，及时了解付款状况。
4、与物流部门密切合作，及时掌握采购与库存情况，保证客户的订单需求。职位要求：
1、本科学历，28岁以下；
2、具有良好的表达能力，口齿清晰，英文标准流利，普通话流利；会上海话者优先；
3、能够熟练使用常用办公软件，尤其EXCEL软件，熟悉金碟软件中的供应链管理优先；
4、工作积极主动，能适应一定工作压力，有强烈的上进心和团队合作精神；
