Responsibilities:
1.To assist Project Manager for all administrative work
2.To assist to collect and analyse weekly report from all project managers in China
3.To assist to standardize the daily work of all project managers in China
4.To assist to follow up and analyse the daily sales of windows & doors maker
5.To assist to set up project follow up files, new awarded projects, projects under follow up stage, lost projects, etc…
6.To assist to establish monthly statistics concerning salesRequirements:
1.Year 3 student in university, major in architecture / building materials is preferred
2.Proficient in computer and MS office
3.Good English language ability (Oral, listening, reading and writing)
4.Self
