-服务韩国地区
-通过电话，电子邮件，传真，即时通讯等方式向客户提供售前售后的数码产品咨询
-负责向客户提供高端数码产品技术支持， 及时处理客户在使用产品时发生的技术问题；
-遵守正确的客户服务解决步骤； 确保服务符合客户标准和品质要求。
-针对新系列产品，及时更新掌握产品信息

职位要求：

-韩国国籍或朝鲜族
-大专以上学历
-良好的英语或汉语沟通能力
-有良好的计算机技术背景，熟练使用汉语、韩语及英语微软操作系统
-相关客户服务经验者或相关数码影像类产品技术支持经验者优先

Job Description:

-Be responsible for offering technical support and customer service to our client in Korean Region.
-Provide online product inquiry to customer via Telephone, email, fax and IM.
-Follow standard customer service procedure, ensure high level service quality according to Customer requirement
-Keep up with latest products of our client being supported

Job Request: :

-Korean Race　
-College diploma or above
-Fluent in Korean without any accent
-Good command of English or Mandarin
-Related Customer service experience and basic knowledge on Cameras and Digital imaging will be advantage
-Good team player ,can work under pressure
