职位描述
Key elements, duties and responsibilities:
1.Submit PPAP to customer;
2.Approve supplier PPAP Activities (e.g: raise PPAP requirements, attend supplier PPAP running and select PPAP samples)
3.Develop and maintain process quality control plan (PCP), incoming inspection WI and related quality record format
4.Coach operator conducting PCP correctly and relative quality activities.
5.Leading “Layered Audit”, “Line Site Review” and “Flawless Launch Review” etc
6.Report and track products FTQ, Cpk and cost of bad quality monthly to lead CI activities
7.Chair of top five quality problems meeting and update quality data
8.Chair of MRB meeting for non-conforming material disposition.
9.Handle customer complaints (including internal action coordinating, 5 why, 5 Phase, DPS and response to customer)
10.Track all corrective and preventive action status
11.Lead of Change Implementation
12.Initiate gage plan of receiving inspection and review & approve the gage drawing.
13.Support Manufacturing Engineers to develop gage plan of process control including review and approve the gage drawing.
14.Provide instruction and acceptance criteria to Meterage Lab Technician for incoming gage inspection and gage calibration.
15.Support supplier gage development where appropriately.

Major Job Qualifications / Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):
1.B.S. degree in mechanical engineering
2.Experienced in quality control of machining manufacturing
3.Knowledge and application of statistical engineering skills
4.Well developed English verbal and written skills.
5.Experience in MSA
