职位描述
1. Work closely with international Corporate management, to foster a proactive and productive approach that addresses corporate security matters in an international environment.
2. Performs audits of Corning international facilities. Responsible for evaluating physical, personnel, and information security practices at assigned facilities.
3. Identify potential security risk exposures created by exploitable vulnerabilities.
4. Participate in the development, implementation and enforcement of policies and measures to address deficiencies in security and related concerns.
5. Support international facilities in the effort to manage IP protection processes that will protect intellectual property assets and mitigate risks. Ensure that response to credible threats, reports of incidents, and policy violations are swift, comprehensive, and consistent with the Corporate Security strategy.
6. Investigate and coordinate corporate level security investigations internationally.
7. Communicate, and support ongoing Corporate Security education and awareness programs internationally. Program topics include but are not limited to VWP, IP, personal and physical asset security.
8. Proactively identify IP threats and provide risk management recommendations that can establish and maintain an acceptable level of protection. Manage collaborative relationships focused on properly safeguarding intellectual property.
9. Vigorously support the Corporate Security strategy, particularly that focused on IP protection.

Projects involved with:

1. Work with Corporate Security management to establish best practices for the department and the company in today’s international environment.
2. Review existing Corning security policies, plans and procedures and make recommendations for modification where appropriate.
3. Participate in general security and IP protection training internationally.
4. Develop methods to identify and track IP risks internationally.
5. Establish and coordinate a consistent physical on-site security survey process for all international facilities.
6. Maintain vigilance on international security measures taking particular care to address the IP interests.
7. Role within group:
1) Implement sound security practices throughout assigned geographical region, particularly IP protection.
2) Identify security deficiencies and weaknesses, and thereafter implement improvement that can be utilized internationally to address those deficiencies and weaknesses.

Job Requirements
1. Leadership capabilities.
2. Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
3. Security management experience in a corporate or government security agency is plus.
4. Strong analytical and decision making skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skill.
6. Strong English skill
