Responsibilities: Monitor construction progress. Verify construction compliance with design drawings. Monitor quality of construction. Direct and supervise our team of field staff. Coordinate getting changes made that we decide to move forward with. Represent our interests and interface with our partners project managers. Represent our interests and assist in interfacing with City officials. Monitor Tenant construction work. Interface with our leasing team. Report to Director of Architecture and Construction. Skills Construction background. Understanding of architecture and design of shopping centers; particularly in a global context. Familiarity with Chinese codes. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
