Job Scope and Responsibilities:
·Application development, testing and research for silicone rubber (bother HCE & LSR) application in industrial market.
·Evaluate and employ technologies into new and existing applications and processes; determine test methodology and technical product positioning.
·Develop the product to meet customer & market needs, work with customers in product introduction, product acceptance.
·Work with marketing and customers to identify industry trends and translate them to new silicone elastomer opportunities.
·Interact with product development scientists in other R&D centers for new product & formulation developments and bring novel benefits to customers.
·Provide technical support to customers and the sales team through effective communication and presentationsKey Qualifications and SkillsRequirements:
·PhD degree in Polymer Science, Material Science or Engineering.
·Proven ability of innovation and introduction of key technologies to serve both new and existing markets.
·Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact across functions.
·Have passion, enthusiastic & good team spirit.
·Strong English speaking and written skills required.
·Familiarity with computer application software.Desired:
