-动力设施方面，水（DI WATER）去离子水，气（大众气体，包括氮气等），化学品控制及处理（硫酸等一些危险品），机电（空气压缩机，中央空调，强电弱电），洁净厂房（温度和湿度的控制），还有公司的保安系统。
