Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting Field Staff and Windchill customers with the installation, configuration, and tuning of MCAD integration and Windchill products.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or related fieldNative or near native Korean AND MandarinExcellent communications skillsCustomer service skillsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and MandarinSome communication skills in English (at least CET6 or equivalent)Prioritization skills & self
-motivatedAbility to quickly master new products and technologiesThe following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities will be an advantage:Either Knowledge of one or more Mechanical or Electronic Design Automation applications.Or some of the following:Experience in Web Technologies, Oracle, Networking, Unix and Windows NTWeb Technologies: Experience with Java code, Applets, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, and Webservers/Servlet enginesUNIX/NT: User level with basic administration knowledgeOracle: Experience installing, creating, configuring, normalizing and tuning Oracle databases or similar relational databases.Networking: Basic administration knowledge.Object Orientated programming familiarity (Java)Work experience in a multi
