职位描述
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
1.Consult for High Jump solution, the Warehouse Management System implemented in Maersk Logistics own warehouses or Joint Venture warehouses.
2.Coordinate between joint venture, software vendor, system solution provider and business units in Maersk Logistics on system requirement and solution.
3.Monitor the project in the whole lifecycle. Initiate and drive projects for change requests and new functions.
4.Ensure to provide proper visibility of all project activities to related stakeholders regularly.
5.Be trained and keep abreast of HighJump systemsMeasurement / success criteria of the position:
1.Provide successful consulting service on HighJump solution by reaching 4+ scores in customer satisfaction survey.
2.Accountable and responsible for HighJump best practice sharing in Asia and Globally
3.Fully adopt standard project framework (Global IS V
-model and MSF) in all projects.Specific requirements for the position:
1.Knowledge on warehouse business process, especially CFS.
2.Knowledge on Highjump WMS(warehouse management system) is preferred.
3.Good analytical skills and ability to grasp complex problems and providing innovative solutions.
4.Negotiation and communication skills.
5.Proficient in written and spoken English.
