Job Description Role
- Support Qualcomm licensees for handset designers by using QCT chipset solutions, which include RF, baseband ASIC, and Power management for CDMA/UMTS/GSM, particular in RF, and GCF RF testing for UMTS and GSM.
- Work in across
-function team which include HW, SW and test engineers to handle and support our customer issues based on our SR system.
- Work with test team to perform GCF RF testing for QCT FFA and customer phone, work with QCT customer to provide onsite support in test house and customer lab for particular GCF RF testing issue as necessary.
- Provide QCT Chipset training to customers, particular for RF topics.
- Work with team to review customers handset schematic/layout design.
- Work with team and customers to review their handset feature set and memory requirements.
- Take contribution and responsibility as interface with customer and San Diego engineers.

-sales support.Skills/Experience
- Strong knowledge on digital wireless communication, through understanding of UMTS/CDMA/GSM system and strong background in wireless communication standards is required.
- Direct experience in one or more of the following UMTS/CDMA/GSM related areas: wireless terminal (handset) HW/RF design, system testing, product verification, certification testing for R
F.
- Experience in China Type Approval testing for CDMA and GSM/GPRS is preferred.
- Experience of QCT chipset design/testing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Chinese and English.
