1. Be familiar with Windows/Unix OS administration.
2. Be familiar with IBM middleware WebSphere/DB

3. Be familiar with shell scripts programming, such as python or Perl.
4. Skills on build tools Ant or other Rational software.
5. Be familiar with Rational CC/CQ is a plus.
6. Be familiar with Java/J2EE development is a plus.
