Longitude Management Consulting provides services in the business scopes as follows:

1. Executive Search (recruiting services for positions at middle and senior management levels)
2. Training Development (tailored in-house training and public seminar on management skills improvement)
3. Human Capital Consulting (management assessment, leadership enhancement, change management, executive coaching, HR consulting, etc.)

Longitude Management Consulting operates three offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen currently. It will set up more offices in other major cities in China in a 2-3 years time frame.

To further expand the business, the company is looking for a professional as an associate for its Training Development practice. The position profile is as follows:

Job Responsibilities

1. Location: Beijing

2. Reporting to: Consultant

3. Direct report(s): Nil

4. Function(s):
 Assist consultant in documentation work for training & development business which covering trainer profile drafting, training program adaptation, training brochure updating and database input and update, etc.
 Provide support for translation work for bilingual version of training slides
 Work closely with consultant as sales assistant on in-house program promotion
 Assist consultant in business development as well as free-lance trainer recruiting
 Play an active role in public seminar organization and provide customer service

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Age: 22 －25 years old

2. Education: A Bachelor degree in English or Management, MBA preferred

3. Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus

4. Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese

5. Skills and Knowledge:
 Good communication and interpersonal skills;
 Strong learning and analytical skills
 Effective teamwork skills
 Good writing skills
 Demonstrated PC skills, including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
