工作职责：
1.设计高水准的key
-frame或motion capture 动画和角色
2.与游戏设计，程序员，音效设计人员合作，根据制作计划按时完成任务职位要求：
1. 主修美术设计，动画设计，等相关专业
2. 使用max和maya制作三维动画和角色
3. 二维及三维key
-frame动画工作经验；有motion capture 经验更佳
4. 具有出色创意，并且创意与实际游戏风格的贴切吻合
5. 优秀的团队合作和沟通技巧
