工作内容：应用设计及开发根据需求，采用测试驱动开发的方式，利用Spring、Hibernate、MySQL、FreeMarker、Quardz、AOP等技术，开发应用模块。技能要求：熟悉Spring、Hibernate等常用Java框架。熟悉Jakarta
-Commons、FreeMarker、Quardz等常用Java库。熟悉AOP的概念，能结合Spring AOP进行设计、开发。熟悉MySQL数据库及其特性。了解设计模式、分包的原则。熟悉Eclipse、CVS等常用工具。了解测试驱动开发，熟悉JUnit测试框架。了解组件式设计、开发。对Web
