Moderators Needed

The first site uses both English and Chinese at every page.

The first site dedicated to international communication between Chinese and people outside China.

In***com[点击查看] is looking for Moderators of Forum.

Position Descriptions:

1. In charge of the management of Forum. Reward good-content posts and delete improper posts. If unusual things happen, Report to Admin as soon as possible.

2. In charge of the growth of Forum. Push good content to other sites, such as , , and netscape.com.

Requirements:

1. Interested in international communication.

2. Good at Forum management，active to participate events of Forum and eager to answer members’ questions.

3. Creative on events planning.

4. One－hour online every day working on the section in charge, managing posts and responding there.

5. No absence without permit. Asking for a leave/resignation，Report to Admin a week in advance.

6. Good at languages skills.

Benefits & Measures:

1. Practice languages every day.

2. Meet friends from different background.

3. Well-performed Moderators will be rewarded and badly-performed Moderators will be degraded and even be deprived.

4. An Intern Moderator will be rewarded 200 IPpoints a month and a Moderator 400 IPpoints a month.
