Key Responsibilities Perform administrative duties of a complex and possibly confidential nature in support of Senior Management including
-Compose, edit, proofread and translate presentations, correspondence and reports
-Prepare, transcribe and distribute agenda and minutes of meetings
-Arrange and follow up on meetings, translation, travel arrangements Provide high
-level support services to the Senior ManagementCoordinate communication between Senior Management and relevant parties, e.g. with other Company locations in China and Germany Set up, continuously improve and ensure adherence to administrative policies and procedures; keep employees informed about changes in these policies and proceduresSupervise and support administrative staff (e. g. administrative assistant and receptionist) to ensure good performance Archive and update business related (legal) documents, e.g. business license Other functions / projects that might be required by the business and top executiveCompetenciesExcellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills and ability to work in team Good understanding of basic corporate lawGood understanding of company business, policies and proceduresGood leadership and coaching skills, can work under pressureProfessional and appreciate importance of confidentiality 公司简要介绍：
