Area of responsibilities:Main Tasks:
-To assist clinical research staffs for trail related documents preparing, ordering, filing, and sorting.
-To support clinical supply/ non clinical supply shipment, customs clearance, receiving, distribution, collection and destruction. Keeping related record and documentation.
-Storage room maintenance. To keep good condition of storage room, such as temperature, moisture, keep the access control to related people.
-To support clinical related meetings logistics. Ordering venue, arrange transportation, preparing meeting binder, communication with organizing vendor, etc.
-Equipment maintenance and accreditation. To help clinical research staffs purchasing the clinical trial related equipment, get the qualification of certificate and keep accreditation within expiration date.
-System update. To support clinical trial related system update.
-To support clinical research managers routine management works.
-To work with other medical/marketing/sales function staffs for any clinical trial related activities.
-Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to time.Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
1.Bachelors degree of administration, medical related working experience is preferred.
