OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB Primarily responsible for activities that follow the solution sales process, starting from order acceptance till invoicing / revenue recognition. Ensure that the necessary FLYER guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day

-day processes. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof.PROCESSESDetailed Tasks: Responsible for the following major activitiesPoliciesAdhere to the procedures in compliance with FLYER policies Solution Order ManagementReceive and review quote in WOTSubmit quote to OMReject quote as per guidelines in consultation with Team LeadersValidation of imported order in OMProcess order in OMBook order in OMAcknowledge quote in WOT post order booking in OMUpdate Account Profile / Master Agreements as and when requiredOrder Change/Cancel RequestReceive order change/cancel requestValidate complete request informationObtain approval according to established guidelines Enter Change Data into systemNotify requesterInvoicingEstablish invoice preferences for customer in invoice engineValidate Revenue Recognition
- has been met per the terms and conditions of the contract and policyRequest for revenue deferral should be routed through the Team Leaders. Trigger invoice in systemSend invoice file for printing and to all distribution channels Archiving, Records Retention and Audit SupportProvide archiving and records retention in accordance with FLYER policies and FLYER practices including Electronic order jacket.Provide internal and external audit support as requestedResponsibilities/Authorities Responsible for delivering the following services:Policy – adhering to procedures in compliance with FLYER policyProvide Internal & External Audit Support, review support, etc.Accurate transaction execution consistent with FLYER Revenue Recognition policies and procedures.Record retention, EOJ, etcProvide support in resolving queries and issuesComply with SLA requirements on TAT and accuracyEmails / Voice mails or any other communication from the customer to be responded promptlyParticipate in meetings, calls ,etc as requiredEscalation procedure to be followed 公司简要介绍:
