- liaises with teachers to resolve day to day problems maintain records of studentsattendance and marks recruits and train local Chinese staff deals with issues relating to local uthorities, police etc.
- manage school property including furniture and facilities
- deal with day to day financial matters such as reimbursement, purchase teaching material & equipments, etc.
- manage labour contracts for all the school employees
- responsible for monitoring attendance of all school employees and applying for foreign teachers’ salary
- responsible for Chinese staffs’ performances evaluation and management.
- responsible for assigning Chinese staffs’ work responsibilities and work load.
- co
-operate with Consulting and Marketing Department to recruit students.

-operate with Foreign Principal/head teacher for orientation activities directed towards students’ parents and new classes
- cooperate with foreign principal to deal with student and parent feedback
- responsible for approving student’s sick/affair leave, suspension of studies applications to leave the school.
