职位描述
1.协助总裁制定、推行、实施公司范围人力资源管理制度；
2.协助总裁开展人力资源开发、劳动合同管理工作；
3.办理员工入职、离职手续以及员工的考勤统计与结算；
4.依照总裁指令，处理人事招聘、人才引进、内部调动、转移保险、公积金缴纳等相关工作；
5.为各部门提供相关服务和后勤保障，进行宣传与安全检查，代表公司与物业部门交涉；
6.负责公司办公用品的选购与使用管理，公司办公设备、设施维护；
7.安全防火、防盗、卫生，水、电、气、热等能源后勤保障工作；
8.公司各部门出差人员机票、火车票的订购；
9.监督司机办理公司车辆年检的相关手续，安排活动用车，并统计人员用车的情况；
10.对公司人员申领办公用品进行记录、发放、管理，管理公章；1
1.协助财务部完成薪酬工作，并组织各种福利工作，发放福利费；1
