General ResponsibilitiesTo be maintain administrative issues for Maersk Line and Maersk Logistics organization locally under company guideline so as to ensure a smooth, effective and safe work environment for all associatesSpecific responsibilities
1.Office equipment maintenance arrangement
2.Office security maintenance
3.Hotel reservation / transportation arrangement for company visitors / business usage
4.Administrative contract management
5.Maintain business license and related certificate, review requirements or amendments
6.IT equipment maintenance including phones, faxes, printers, copiers and toners
7.Office resource management such as laptops, projectors and digital cameras
8.Regular reviews of costs & cost C cutting exercises for purchases
9.In charge of office telecommunication and courier services
10.Update telephone directories1
1.ICD cards distributions1
2.Ticket and Name card printing arrangement1
3.Ensure sufficient office sundries supply1
4.Monthly Claim1
5.Stationery purchase and usage management1
6.Management of HR assesment / Fix asset1
