The center provides offshore software engineering services for R&D, Marketing, Professional Services and other ILOG departments world-wide. We are looking for experienced talents to contribute to the development of ILOG s products in Business Rules Management, Visualization and Optimization. The available positions for INTERNSHIP PRACTICE (实习职位) are as follows: 1. Software QA Engineer (Java/J2EE/.Net) Responsibility: +Analyze ILOG product/project requirements to create test plans and strategies. +Execute QA tasks, report metrics and issues as appropriate +Produce and maintain automation scripts +Proactively solve or escalate problems, suggest process improvements. +Identify project quality related risks and recommend actions to minimize risk. Objectives for intern students:+ Build experience in software QA, including translating technical specifications into detailed testing plans+ Practice various testing tools, processes and methodologies + Having knowledge in establishing or maintaining a software company's QA Infrastructure. + Learn and practice agile development methodologies such as XP or RUP Requirements: + Good verbal and written communication skills in English+ Experience with Java/J2EE and or .Net+ The following will be considered an advantage: a. knowing Linux, Unix and /or RDBMS b. Knowledge of ILOG products 2. Java/J2EE developer Key responsibilities:+ Assist in developing Java/J2EE solution based on ILOG products + Participate in the ILOG worldwide Professional Service Objectives for intern students:+ Build professional experience in Java-based development and proficient with the following tools and technologies: Java, J2EE, JMS, Eclipse, JUnit, XML, Webservice and Database+ Learn and practice agile development methodologies such as XP or RUP+ Learn object-oriented design and development practices (design patterns, UML).+ Improve written and verbal communication skills in English Desirable qualities:+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English+ Experience with Java/J2EE+ The following will be considered an advantage:a. Knowing Linux, Unix and/or RDBMS b. Knowledge of ILOG products 3. .Net DeveloperJob Responsibilities:+ Assist in taking responsibility for the development of one or more modules of a custom solution, including coding, testing, documentation and packaging.+ Ensure on-time delivery while meeting acceptance criteria and quality targets.+ Help in interacting (through e-mail, phone calls or web seminar) with ILOG colleagues world-wide to clarify requirements and resolve issues Objectives for intern students:+ Build professional experience in Java-based development and proficient with the following tools and technologies: C#, XML, Visual Studio,.Net, WebServices, , VMware.+ Learn and practice agile development methodologies such as XP or RUP + Learn and practice object-oriented design and development practices (design patterns, UML).+ Improve written and verbal communication skills in English Experience and Expertise:+ Certain development experience.+ Practical experience .Net platform
