Your Responsibilities
-Be knowledgeable about technical aspects of halogen & GLS lamps, including safety, functioning (physical, electrical, mechanical, material), specifications, testing, costs, eco
-design
-Be knowledgeable about interaction between manufacturing and product performance
-Define specifications of products and processes
-Design, develop products and processes
-Implement new products & processes at suppliers
-Work according to milestone procedure
-Provide professional progress and technical reports, analyses data, highlight issues
-Be able to consolidate knowledge, train others, create design rules
-Able to apply statistical and quality tools like FMEA, QFD, DOE to improve resultsYour Profile
-Master degree in technical area, such as physics, electronics, mechanics, material, chemical
-Be deeply interested in technology; willing to learn every day
-Be creative in finding solutions, take initiatives
-Be able to work according to planning
-Be a team player and a communicator with many different related people and parties
-Work structured and accurate, deliver reliable and professional results
-Always strive for improvements, never be satisfied with todays status quo
