The program will develop young engineers in a variety of engineeringareas as well as leadership competencies through rotations, workshops, networkingand coaching.The program duration is for two years and provides participants with2 rotational assignments in design/application engineering and manufacturingengineering. Assignments may be in one of the Fluid Power facilities in China,Japan or India. An assignment manager will be assigned to each EDP participant toassist him/her to successfully complete the 2-year development program and preparefor exciting opportunities and challenges ahead.Upon completion of the program,the participants will be assigned to a key technical position in one of Eaton sFluid Power Group businesses within China to help us realize our vision of beingthe most admired company in our markets.2。Leadership Development Program (LDP), Fluid Power Group职位概况：Eaton s Leadership Development Program in Asia Pacific is forgraduates or young professionals with up to 2 years experience who have careeraspirations in becoming business leaders. The program will develop youngprofessionals in a variety of operational areas as well as leadership competenciesthrough rotations, workshops, networking and coaching. The program duration is forthree years and provides participants with 3 rotational assignments in production,sales/marketing and supply chain management. Assignments may be in one of theFluid Power facilities in China. An assignment manager will be assigned to eachLDP participant to assist him/her to successfully complete the 3-year developmentprogram and prepare for exciting opportunities and challenges ahead. Uponcompletion of the program, the participants will be assigned to a key managementposition in one of Eaton s Fluid Power Group businesses to help us realize ourvision of being the most admired company in our markets.3. Financial Development Program (FDP)职位概况：Eaton's Financial Development Program in China is for graduates oryoung professionals who have career aspirations in financial discipline. Theprogram will develop young professionals in a variety of finance areas as well asleadership competencies through rotations, workshops, networking and coaching. Theprogram duration is for two years and provides participants with 2 rotationalassignments in finance operations, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit etc.Rotational assignments may be in one of the business groups as well as incorporate office. Assignment manager will be appointed to each FDP participant toassist him/her to successfully complete the 2-year development program and preparefor exciting opportunities and challenges ahead. Upon completion of the program,the participants will be assigned to a key financial position in one of Eaton'sbusinesses to help us realize our vision of being the most admired company in ourmarkets.
