职位描述：
Principal Responsibilities:

To lead the development of service designs for new business opportunities in the Global Outsourcing and Custom Network Service arena, ensuring that BT and Global Services revenue and contribution objectives are achieved. Responsible for the following:

Defining component parts of a service solution, for detailed design by the appropriate Supplier.

Evaluating and approving designs provided by Suppliers (including BT) to ensure they are deliverable in the context of an end-to-end customer service.

Ensuring, where appropriate, that standard Global service delivery mechanisms are integrated into global service solutions.

Developing and defining the appropriate resourcing profiles to deliver the required service over the life of the Contract.

Identifying and verifying all costs associated with a solution including pre and post contract due diligence activities.

Defining the planned service performance of the designed solutions including underwriting performance against Service Level Agreements offered to the customer.

Assessing the service risks associated with designed solutions, classifying in terms of the impact on the overall commercial package offered to the Customer and recommend contingency measures.

Supporting Service Solutions through opportunity identification, proposal development and submission, primary/secondary due diligence, contract signature, transition, and hand over to operations.

Person Specification:

Experience and training in Networking Products and services

Experience of service delivery in a global telecommunications outsource environment

Experience of multi product service delivery environments

Experience of outsourcing sales Cycle and Business Development

Experience in Production of Service Level Agreements

An understanding of Service Design in a global environment

Customer facing skills

Contract Negotiations

Competence and Experience in Designing network service solutions

Service delivery modeling

Broad telecommunications technology knowledge

Financial and commercial awareness
