Position A: Post-doctoral Research Fellow
Working Period: July 2007 – June 2008
Work Place: Department of Electronic Engineering,
The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Supervisor: Prof. King N. Ngan
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. in CS/EE/Applied Math. or related disciplines.
2. Have solid background in mathematics and computer vision.
3. Must have research experience in image/video segmentation, multi-view video
processing, multiple cameras calibration and virtual view generation.
4. Good C++ programming skills is highly desirable, familiarity with computer
vision libraries (e.g., Open CV) is an added advantage.

Position B: Post-doctoral Research Fellow
Working period: July 2007- June 2008
Working Place: Department of EE, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Supervisor: Prof. King N. Ngan
Requirements:
1. Ph.D.of CS/EE/Applied Math. or related disciplines.
2. Have solid background on subjective evaluation and rich research experience
in HDTV.
3. A detailed understanding of the state-of-the-art subjective models.
4. Familiarity with the new video compression algorithms and standards includi
ng AVS, and H.264, etc.
