(For more details, please visit our company website ww***com[点击查看]) We are currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated persons to fulfill the following position: - Personal Assistant for Business Development Manager The main duties and responsibilities for this position include: - Providing translations and interpretations for the Business Development Manager (from Australia) - Identify potential business development opportunities through research - Arrange meetings with potential clients for the Business Development Manager - Responsible for company's media releases - Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with relevant media. The successful applicant will ideally possess the following skills and attributes: ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Intermediate to Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ? Fluent English ? Polished phone manner ? A flexible attitude to evolve with the role as you develop your marketing skills and take on further duties ? Cold calling experience is preferred ? Language skill in French is also preferred.
