Position Responsibilities

Implement China LW Service Management System, managing the East China Service Team to perform the product installation, preventative maintenance, product upgrade & training and installed base setup in responsible territories, and fast response to service repaired requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.

Manage the distributors' service team on the service activities such as product installation, service repairs and installed base setup.

Lead the East China Service Team to achieve the service and consumable revenue target set by management in responsible territories.

Cooperate with sales, marketing and training team to follow up the market activities, and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territory

Deal with the complaint from the customer, sales force and distributors.

Requirements/Qualification

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics and Bioscience industries.

Knowledge and experiences on service skills on solving the technical problems, preferred in Bioscience industry.

Have the experiences on developing Service Contract and Consumable Business.

Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities.

Respond to customer/sales force/distributor proactively.

Teamwork with internal/external departments on any service/market activities.
