职位描述：
Job description:
1)Perform project analysis for the firm’s consulting projects.
a. Cost - Review consultant timesheet and perform project cost allocations. Collect travel and other actual costs.
b. Billing - Propose billing list, billing pipeline and report billing back log to project managers. Follow up with billing collections.
c. Project contribution and cash flow analysis – Margin analysis, employee travel advance, etc.
d. Budget control - Perform project budget analysis, i.e. budgeted cost against actual cost and budgeted revenue against actual revenue.
e. Forecast – Project contribution and cash flow forecast.
f. Closure and reporting
2)Manage project code master list – new code generation, consultant to project assignment and code closure.
3)Other project related analysis and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
1)College degree in management, finance/accounting, MIS or engineering
2)Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
3)Sensitive in numbers and good communication skills
4)Able to read and write in English
5)Good team work skills
6)An interest in financial analysis work is a must
7)Prior experience in similar environment a plus
8)Prior experience in coding small MIS system in timesheets, human resource and budgeting a plus
