We are looking to hire around 3 fresh graduates from Fudan for roles in our Banking Operations in the Shanghai Office in 2007. The fresh graduates will be trained in Singapore for a few weeks and then return to Shanghai to assume their roles.How to apply: The selection process will be done from the Singapore office that's why we ask graduates to apply via the Singapore website where they can submit their cv and answer a few questions.ww***com[点击查看] -> Direct Entry Graduate ProgrammeSelection process: - online cv screening - online numerical & verbal test - telephone interview with resourcing Consultant (that would be me) - Assessment Centre (either in Singapore or Shanghai) Direct Entry Graduate Programme Shanghai Office:Position in Team * Report to the Operations Manager in the Shanghai Branch * Is responsible for the daily settlements arisen from various transactions and subsequent regulatory reports. * Act as back-up to other Operations staff when needed. Key responsibilities include: * Handle daily settlements for CNY, USD and bonds and ensure internal payment policies and procedures are adhered to. * To prepare the periodical statistics reports required by local regulators. * Take 1st level of check on supporting documents from corporate customers to ensure transactions are made in compliance with local regulatory requirements. * Act as the first contact to customers relating to daily transaction. * To back up other Operations staff in the day to day Operations work. Essential Experience: * University graduate * Good command of English written and spoken skill * Excellent PC skills, like Windows software and etc* Knowledge of banking products Supplementary Experience:Training/intern experience in financial institutions will be regarded as an advantage Personal Attributes: * Self-motivate, high responsible and diligent attitude. * Dedicated * Client focussed * Desire to achieve excellent results * Team player * Able to work under pressure with efficiency.
