职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Expertise the ranges sold in its zone: the most frequent recorded issues

Send expertise report with an independent technical point of view (third party out of the business)

Uses the official expert report form to get the validation from technical expert

To assist in customer site expertise & insure customer answer reactivity.

Provide continuous feed back to technical expert

Send monthly and yearly synthesis about the defects on site (per product)

Travel internal to China and Asia required.

Requirements:
- Skills:

Mechanical and Electrical experience desired for medium voltage applications.

MV products and equipment + protection monitoring

Electrical net architecture

Knowledge of installations, IEC standards & Civil engineering

Laboratory test experience

Good English speaking and have a valid passport.

- Personal aptitude

Ability to give an independent advice, autonomy, rigor, reactivity

Ability to be the Schneider technical representative at site

Diplomatic to manage the customer relationship during quality crisis

Capability to adapt himself to different cultures

SBMV locates in BDA, with a factory and two layer office of 12000 square meters. It focus on manufacturing, assembling electrical equipments and parts, and provides assembling, testing, repairing, technical consulting, training services on self-manufactured products.
