职位描述/要求：
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate notes application development
Coach end-user to improve their work productivity with MS Office and other IT tools
Support on Win2K/XP platform, using MS Office, Lotus Notes, Remote Access, and NetWare
Provide assistance on telephone system or videoconference setting up, asset management etc.
Provide IT hotline and off-hours support
Coordinate and deploy effectively corporate IT projects
Expected Credentials
Bachelor degree or above
Solid knowledge of MS OS/Office, NetWare and Lotus Notes
Strong service orientation, analytical and interpersonal skills
Independent and able to work well under stress
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
