职位描述：
Major Responsibilites:
- collect billing information from customer service dep.
- key-in cost/charge/billing information into system and generate relating billing report
- cost/charge calculation based on system & operation information and contract terms
- prepare relating reports to accounting department
- prepare charge reports / invoices to customers and follow up payments as per contract terms

Requirements:
- College degree major in logistics, accounting, or relevant
- Quick to learn and willing to work under pressure
- careful, reponsible, sense of cost control
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
- Good command of Microsoft office applications, esp. Excel
