职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all the recruiting of Global Development Center, including CV screening, candidate interviewing, campus recruiting and planning
-Develop various recruiting channels to ensure efficient and timely work
-May have responsibility for one or more significant administrative functions, e.g. company benefits administration

Requirements:
-University degree or above
-Internship in multinational company
-Familiar with various recruiting channels, and experience with campus recruiting would be highly preferred
-Experience in recruiting for software development organization would be highly preferred
-Good understanding of overall human resources operation
-Good command of English
-Proficient in computer and MS Office
