Position: Accounting Clerk

Mission of Function

Focus on the voucher daily input and assist other accounting jobs to support business and growing operation.

Location: Shanghai WGQ

Reports to: Accountant

Responsibilities

· Daily voucher input including GL/AR/AP
· Assist monthly tax filing
· Assist monthly closing procedure
· Monthly bank reconciliation and other internal report
· Support invoice filing
· Assigned other jobs

Competencies:

· College Education or above, majored in Finance or Accounting
· Good attention to details.
· Able to work under pressure and deliver on time.
