招聘职位1：Supply Chain Project Manager
The position will be primary responsible for assisting in the setup of the sup
ply chain to support the global operations primary in the Asia region. This fu
nction will support numerous supply chain projects that may exist within the A
sia region. Projects may be in any of the following areas as well as within an
y other area of Global Operations: Asia Distribution Network design, China ROH
S Implementation, Repair and Return processes, External Manufacturing/Nortel S
upply Chain Improvement programs etc.
.This position will be required to lead multi-function teams from both Nortel
and any contract manufacturer including internal groups like Order Management,
Product Operations; Product Line Management etc. to ensure the required proje
cts are completed on schedule and within budget. Builds strong teams either at
department level or project team level.
.High standard of excellence for self and his team, acts as change agent for o
rganization as required. The position is required to work with all level of pe
rsonnel from both Nortel and the contract manufacturers. This person must poss
ess the appropriate power and influence skills to ensure critical milestones a
nd activities are completed on time and within budget. Project management skil
ls and communications skills. Bachelors degree in a technical engineering prog
ram required at a minimun.

招聘职位2：BTS System Test Engineer
CDMA BTS test process and yield management:
- Capital planning/procurement/installation and product process transfer manag
ement.
- Local responsibility for BTS functional test process effectiveness and cycle
time reduction against agreed to CR targets.
- Capital equipment maintenance and calibration for BTS.
- Accountable for product yield and test process capability including SPC and
Cpk analysis (Guage R&R, SPC, T-Test..)
- Product specific (Product Quality Alert) PQA support and test process deviat
ion implementor, technical support for Ongoing Reliability Test.
- China EMS product and test process training.
- Local technical prime for all CDMA BTS process issues relating to Lean Six S
igma Initiatives.

招聘职位3：RF Test Engineer
CDMA RF test process and yield management:

Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) process and execution:
- Capital planning/procurement/installation and process transfer management to
source of product manufacture.
- ORT process effectiveness management and determination of root cause for fai
lures observed at local EMS sites.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of product, process and material
corrective actions for the purpose of improved product quality.
- Monthly reporting of ORT metrics to Senior Operations Management.
- Actively participate Product Field Performance reviews taking responsiblity
for the correlation of field performance indicators to ORT effectiveness.
- Ensure daily execution of ORT occurs per agreed to plans within Greater Chin
a.
- EMS ORT test process training and establishment for CDMA.

招聘职位6：CDMA Product Engineer
CDMA Product and Process Engineer:
- Ensure local EMS providers are following proper manufacturing and process me
thodology with respect to the manufacture of CDMA products.
- Ensure engineering change impact assesments from EMS providers are accurate.

- Responsible for driving the implementation of product, process and material
corrective actions for the purpose of improved product quality.
- Provide product/process expertise during local Kaisan events in support of L
ean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Overall responsibility for CDMA outgoing quality levels from EMS providers w
ithin Greater China region.
- Perform weekly on site audits at CDMA production facilities throughout China
.
- Ensure engineering changes are accurate, cost effective, manufacturable and
that pahse in phase out material planning is done effectively in order to mini
mize overall cost.
- Drive supply chain driven cost reduction initiatives by managing "qualificat
ions" within EMS providers, provide clear and accurate results for review alon
g with recommendation/risk assesments.
