若颐图文设计正在寻找有责任心，对工作积极主动并且有良好的中英文听说读写能力的办公室助理，可以帮助我们快速发展成为国际性的设计公司。需要有工作效率和对工作的认真仔细的态度。你需要第一时间负责接待来访者，接听电话和处理客户的询问。你的责任包括各种办公室事务和一些出纳工作。

ReignDesign seeks a responsible and assertive individual with good English and Chinese skills who can assist our rapidly developing international design firm with office administration. You must be able to work quickly with good attention to detail. You will be our office’s first contact for all office visitors, phone calls, and client inquiries. Your duties will also include various office and accounting jobs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate who is interested in working in a design environment with foreign and Chinese employees. You will be exposed to all areas of an international design company. Exceptional initiative and attention to detail may lead to a Project Management role.

职责：
用中英问接待所有来访者，接听电话和处理客户的询问。
协调设计师和印刷公司间的印刷工作
对印刷生产任务的质量的校对、控制 (QC)
完成办公会计工作比如按月缴纳票据，提交报告.
外出去银行、客户办公室,印刷公司，商店
帮助程序员和设计师做好测试工作
提供简单的书面翻译

Responsibilities:
Receive all office visitors, phone calls, and client inquiries in English and Chinese
Coordinate printing jobs between designer and print companies
Provide proofreading and quality control (QC) on outgoing production jobs
Complete office accounting tasks such as monthly reports and paying bills.
Visit banks, client offices, print companies, and office supply stores
Assist programmers and designers in testing their work
Provide simple written translations
