-Conduct research on REITs

Skills:
-Postgraduate and MBA student
-Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance; deep knowledge about REITs preferred
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills
-Ability to conduct research independently
-High energy level, self-motivated, and ability to work as an integral part of a team
-Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and commitment to personal and career development
-Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas in both written and verbal format, in Chinese as well as English.
