职位描述：
工作职责：
协助上市工作策略组开展以下工作：
1．根据工作进展制定、调整融资策略
2．统筹上市工作组与投资银行等外部中介机构的协调配合
3．制定与战略投资者的谈判策略
4．与上市有关的其他工作
5．战略发展部其它日常工作

职位要求：
1．大学本科以上学历；金融，管理，或其他相关专业
2. 有银行业工作经验者优先
2．英语流利；熟练运用Microsoft Office软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
3．对资本市场有认识，或有强烈兴趣
4．具备一定的财务分析能力
5．严谨高效，具备全局观，注意细节
6．沟通能力强，具有团队精神，并能适应高强度工作
7．能立刻开始上班

Job function
You’ll be assisting our IPO project team managers in:
-Formulate IPO strategy according to project progress
-Cooperate with our hired agencies (Investment banks, lawyers, etc) to ensure
our goals are achieved in a timely fashion
-Preferably, previous working experience with banking industry
-Negotiation with strategic investors (usually Private Equity firms)
-Other projects assigned by managers
-Support senior managers in Strategic Development Dept

Profile sought
-Undergraduate or above; major in finance or business related.
-Fluent in English; good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge or strong interest in capital markets required
-Financial analysis skills preferred
-Efficient, strategic thinking with attention to details
-Good communication skills, team spirit and hardworking
-Available to start ASAP
