Internship Position: Internal Control System (ICS) Intern

Responsibilities:
* Development and improvement of internal procedures
* Graphical illustration of procedures within Bayer China Group with a workflo

w software (iGrafx)
* Permanent communication, preparation, and reviews of procedures with relevan

t departments in Finance and Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Develo

pment, Supply Chain Management, etc.
* Development and establishment of a database for documentation and control of

internal procedures, permanent technical and general support regarding the da

tabase functions including administration of access rights (authorization)
* Search for new candidates and preparation of the selection process for poten

tial ICS Team hires, Preparation and execution of Assessment Centers (Presenta

tions, Group discussions, English tests, etc)
* Assistance in daily business

Requirements:
* Master students of Business and Economics or similar fields of study
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Team player, flexible, communicative, ability of structured thinking, able t

o take initiative

Duration: 6 months, at least 4-5 days per week //老板对时间要求比较高，基本上是full time，5月到11
月

Location: Citigroup Tower, Shanghai
