The Chief Technical Officer will take a leadership role in driving these functions for the Portfolio and a supporting role to General Manager Business Engagement-Asia.

Program Time Management
Program Resource Management
Program Cost Management
Program Quality Management
Program Communications Management
Program Risk Management
Program Procurement Management
Program Vendor Management
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent and extensive project and program management experience
Excellent and extensive operationa support experience
Knowledge of managing both major complex projects and/or programs
Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies and processes
Excellent financia management and reporting skills
Excellent written and verba communication skills
Preferable:
An understanding of the gaming/lottery-industry
Tertiary qualification in Technica Support of Project Management
