ORGANISATION REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Strategy & Marketing VP – Asia Cluster MARKETING&BD Director - NAS MARKETING INTERN will contact: Internal: From zone level Sales & MKT team up to including Asia VP and cluster management External: Key Customers, Government officials (PR), Advertising Agencies and other suppliers 2. POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Intern reports to the ZONE MKT Leader and will perform a broad range of administrative and marketing support functions across all facets of the Marketing and related Sales Division. This Internship position is awarded as a contract on a 6-12 month basis, with the opportunity to be promoted to a full time marketing position after the internship is finished and if the candidate performed well. 3. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly upgrade of the new website and manage web enquiries Involved into specific marketing projects e.g. “KA Profile” “Competitor Profile” Do Research and analysis of market data. Support ZONE level communication activities May be required by the Group Manager – Marketing and Sales to relieve in other positions and Undertake other duties from time to time. 4. Key Objective Beverage Regulation Hub Establishment Competitor Profile set up and quarterly review Customer Survey Support New Market Study Support (Edible Oil, Liquor Beverage) Trade Show Support 5. WORKING CONDITIONS Educational/Vocational Qualifications Academic qualification in Marketing field and MBA preferred Experience and Knowledge With a demonstrated aptitude for liaison Good at communication and project management. With Common business practice, project management techniques. Sound numeric and statistical analysis skills.
