Purposes:

To accelerate the talents development through the structured training schedule

To provide a wide-horizon for trainees to learn more about the business through rotation to different functions and departments.
Qualification:

Master Degree or above from well-known university, MBA/Oversea Education Preferred

Background in marketing, sales, finance or chemistry is preferred

Fluency in written and spoken English

Computer skills with MS office package

Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Analytical, logical, strategic-thinking, decision-making capability

Good team builder

Passion, self-motivate, hardworking and open

Mobility to move to different places (home and abroad)
