Position: inhouse Customer Service Specialist
Accountability:
1. To set up and follow the freight transportation of the cargos from planning the schedule and procurement of the cargos to the arrival and delivery at the final destination, including booking , planning, documentation, customs brokerage, tracking, coordination, reporting, billing, etc. ;
2. To be a good coordinator;
3. To be the contact window among carriers, agents & customers.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year FF experience, preferably Bachelor degree and above ;
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills. mature personality;
3. Good initiative and be able to work under pressure;
4. Highly self-motivated to meet challenging targets;
5. Good command of both spoken and written English ( band 6 minimum).
