1.设计专业毕业为佳，有一定的设计经验,良好的审美能力。
2.熟练应用FLASH\PHOTOSHOP\DREAMWEAVER软件,FLASH设计用到的最多，有网络广告设计经验的最好。
3.良好沟通能力。

附：这个职位应届毕业生也可以考虑，主要是能熟练使用FLASH。对于设计上来讲要求也不是很高，可以从创意设计支持做起，能在平时的工作中接触到很多优秀的案例，能够很好的帮助你提高自己！
