职位描述：

Essential
Character Set: • Highly motivated & self disciplined;
• Good analytical skills and ability to think of alternative solutions;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment;
• Good time management and time estimation skills;
Essential Skills Set: • Extensive experience in CSS style sheeting, HTML, and W3C DOM;
• Familiarity with cross-browser differences (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari etc…);
• Extensive experience of PHP preferred, or experience in similar web-programming language with ability to learn PHP;
• Understanding of basic CS algorithms & processes;
• Experience with team based programming;
• Good understanding of database concepts & MySQL Syntax;
Desirable Requirements: • Good understanding of HTML, javascript, AJAX programming;
• High level of computer proficiency;
• High level of written & spoken English;
• Creative & artistic with graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Fireworks etc…);
Job Responsibilities: • Development of web back-end functionality;
• Review and bug fixing of existing codebase;
• Initiate design & planning of website functionality and code structure;
• Implement and improve designs provided by the web designer;
• Help design, test, and review user interface flow and processes;
• Make the website design “come true”;
