职位描述：

Essential
Character Set: • Highly motivated and strong initiative;
• Result-oriented, excellent execution skills;
• Self confident & aggressive;
• Open-minded and willing to learn;
Essential Skills Set: • Graduated from computer science specialty or correlative specialty;
• Educational background requirement: bachelor or above;
• Passed CET4 or level-2 Japanese- Language proficiency test;
• Be familiar with SQL server，pervasive or oracle;
• Be familiar with software exploitation flow, and comprehend the principium of flow;
• Good ability of logical thinking and innovative thinking
Job Responsibilities: • Design and program for the software about database management(for example, ERP system).

基本要求: • 高度的积极性和主动性；
• 注重成效，能很好地完成工作任务；
• 自信而进取;
• 思想开明，热爱学习;
基本技能要求: • 计算机或相关专业毕业；
• 本科或以上学历;
• 英语四级以上或者日语二级以上；
• 熟悉SQL sever、Pervasive、Oracle等数据库中至少一种；
• 熟悉软件的研发流程，并对流程有很好的理解；
• 有很好的逻辑思维能力，有创新思维能力。
工作职责: • 数据库管理相关的管理软件的研发工作(比如说ERP系统)。
