Job title: L1 Support
Reports to: Support Team Leader
Location and travel request: Beijing
Justification of the position:
• Technical support by teaming with R&D, Issue Database, etc.
• Responsible for customer issue’s reproducing and solution delivery, and continuous tracking of customers’ feedback.
• Products training delivery. Basic training to fresh man.
• Responsible for customer’s work ENV updating that related with BUG report.
• Reports generation for customer status and team operation
Education,
qualification, experiences required:
• Engineering degree / diploma from Master Degree.
• Excellent language skills of Chinese and English.
• Has more than 2 years experiences in PLM/CAD
• General understanding about IT architecture, TCP/IP networking, web servers, internet related technologies, Operating Systems platforms, Windows, UNIIX (AIX, HPUX, Solaris),CAD/PLM applications, etc. Knowledge of CATIA/ENOVIA/SMARTEAM is appreciated.

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks while well managing priorities. Energetic, hopefully passionate about own work and proud of own achievements.
